Work with me

Practical pedagogical support for programmes, teams and learning environments.

Each collaboration begins with a clear question and the context real work needs to function. Together we identify what needs understanding, design, implementation or review.

Areas of support

Different entry points, one connected approach.

Three ways in, plus custom workshops and facilitated sessions across all of them.

Learning Environment & Programme Design

How we work together

Remote-first does not mean distant from practice.

Much pedagogical work benefits from focused remote collaboration; on-site time is used where presence adds clear value.

Remote consulting

Curriculum and programme design, document and systems review, leadership advisory, coaching, team planning, resource development and ongoing implementation support.

On-site intensives

Direct observation, facilitated team development, environmental review, co-planning, modelling, programme launches and key review moments.

Hybrid partnerships

Regular remote work plus intentionally selected on-site periods.

I work internationally in English, Italian, French, Portuguese and Spanish. Travel dates, expenses and on-site responsibilities are agreed within each proposal.

The shared process drawn as a continuous ring: observe, understand, design, put into practice, adapt the approach Observe Understand Design Put intopractice Adapt

The shared process

Observe. Understand. Design. Put into practice. Adapt.

There is no standard solution placed over every environment. The process begins with context and returns to it throughout the work.

01

Observe

Look closely at the environment, relationships, routines, learning evidence and existing systems.

02

Understand

Clarify strengths, priorities, needs and the central question the work should address.

03

Design

Co-create focused curriculum, tools, structures or experiences suited to the context.

04

Put into practice

Introduce the work through facilitation, coaching, modelling or supported implementation.

05

Adapt

Review evidence and experience, then refine what needs further development.
